Made for:

Bath: Add to your bath and soak for 20 minutes while the essential oils and mineral salts relax your body.
Shower: Sprinkle salt along the bottom of your shower – when the hot water and steam hit they will disolve creating an aromatherapy sauna.
Exfoliate: Combine 1/2 cup of salts and in circular motions scrub trouble spots. We recommend patch testing first.
Foot Soak: Sprinkle 1/4 to 1/2 cup of salts into warm water. Soak your feet and relax.
